The need to transform the information and communication system to the cloud is encouraged by the increased network coverage, penetration bandwidth capacity, accessibility and secure storage. This is then bringing the semi urban and rural community within the reach of the internet and subsquently the appropriate information and communication services including learning and enterprise management.

We concieved the concept of the Integrated Digital Enterprise Associate System (IdeaSystem) to address the changing employment norms based on service delivery contract which brings about increased transparency and accountability and aslo increased effficiency and productivity and provides the information that the stakeholders including consumers, management, directors and investors require to make decision. All is required in connectivity to the internet and the information is there at the finger tips to make decision

The inceased educated individual who are coming out the post secondary insttitutes of learning end up in the streets looking for employment while many enterprises including heath centres, agricultural processing enterprises, commercial outlets and schools need support with their information and communication systems. Infact even most of the public sector including administration, the executive and legislation need to make their service delivery available to the voter to enable them make informed decision.

The purpose and objective for which IdeaSystem is concieved to not only to create employment and innovation  in the information and communication sector but to do so by improviving efficiency and productivity

 

QuadMate as one of the affiliates of IdeaSystem is charged with the responsibility of producing the content for use in inducting post secondary education certicateholders tothe opportunity available in the information andcommunication sector such the production of a directory of enterprise partners which is repository of enterprises that have adopted the concept of enterprise projects programming, sub dividing the projects into tasks and tasks into activities to make it easier for contract employment based on a service delivery model. For example, QuadMate is immediately looking for an Enterprise Information Manager to support the enterprise manager for the affiliate involvoved in production of a partnership directory. QuadMate is also looking for a project information manager to support the project manager who is in charge of managing the capacity building and training on Induction to the information and communication sector for post secondary certicate holders. The directory partnership affiliate will manage a programme ofprojects, each project will have tasks and each task will have an activity. The Induction project manager will identify the tasks associated with the project and activities associate with the task for the purpose of transparency and accountability. It is worthy to note that one of the task for induction training is organizing recruitment webinars and other tasks is to register participants while other tasks could be provision of resource person services.
