To enhance and to speedup the transformation of the enterprise information management system to the cloud, we emphasise the concept of contract employmentand service delivery for self driven individuals to undertake development and implementation of the Ideasystem partnership strategy project concept for use in enterprise abstarction, project programming, identificaton of project tasks and budgeting and accounting for the activities of the task. This strategy increases not only productivity and efficiency but also transparency and accountability 

 

The requirements for the resource associates to adress the available oppotutities include those whose background is geared at enterprise compliance, finance and accounting, strategy and marketing to compliment the information and communication technology management to meet the needs for capacity building and empowerment, system distribtion and supply service, provision of enterprise operations support service and development and deployment of systems and applications for the unique needs of the enterprise and associate in transforming the enterprise information management system to the cloud. The main requirement for the resource persons is to be innovatiove, creative and self driven to fit in the immerging contract oriented employment
