Abstract
On reviewing and appreciating the scope, the entrepreneur develops an innovative strategy to address the immeging issues in manner that it adds value to the transformation of the participant to industry. The entreprenuer therefore needs to review or overview the percieved problem or opportunity. This is followed by a proposed solution or prototype example to address the identified enterprise problem. There are times when the enterprise will require affiliation or consortium to meet the scope of the program opportunities. Most importantly however is identification of a team of the enterprise assocaites to carryout the activities and to provide the requisite resources to achieve the targets mission and vision of the enterprise
Purpose
To onboard the participant to the importance of having a clear vision of the problem at hand and providing a statement on the expected solution. In line with this, the entrepreneuer derives the opportunity or projects program will requirements of managing an enterprise the which or entreprenuership based concept to accelerate the transformation of industry information and communication system to the cloud. It therefore call for the entreprenuer to not only notice a problem through a review but also provide a solution proposal.
SOLUTION MODEL
Appreciate The CisoNet Cloud Solution (CCSolution) Model which calls for identification of available opportunities of an entity which are then entered into a program of projects extracted from the strategic and development plan
AFFILIATES
The CCSolution Induction Training onboards it affiliates who are autonomous entities into this concept to make them not only more efficient but more transparent and communicative in their endevours.
TEAM
The CCSolution requires the entreprenuer to assemble a team that will provide the resources to carry out the activities both processing and production of the programmed projects. The resources include both skill services and a novel funding strategy to overcome the impederments of the existing capitalization model.
The team will support CisoNet with its Enterprise Information and Communication Management System including promotion and marketing through the media and participation in feedback forums such as conventions and publications.
