The purpope of this topic in to mentor the educated learners, assist and motivate them potential while realising that their strong opinions and view points are very important but the industry requires of them to be practiclalized in providing solutions that the enterprises in the industry require.

In the immrging markets, for example, Kenya, a huge sum of resources was put into creating academic certificates even beyond secondary education into colleges and universities. The emhasis in academic qualifications has produced many numbers of office oriented individuals to the expense of technical and artisan trainees.
